Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Items returned without original packaging.
Products showing signs of use.
Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective or damaged).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred via bank account or mobile wallet.

Exchanges

We offer free replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
